With over a decade of civil and structural design engineering experience, we have delivered projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Our work spans new builds, retrofits, evaluations, feasibility studies, and construct-ability reviews.
Our portfolio includes the design of more than 1 million square feet of the built environment in Southern California, from complex structures to high-performance systems. We have also led structural design for critical infrastructure, ensuring safety, resilience, and long-term reliability in demanding applications.
At Piece by Paz, we embrace the philosophy of putting things together “piece by peace.” Successful projects are built on patience, precision, and collaboration. Engineering is both a science and an art, achieved through teamwork and a shared vision that create lasting impact.

We're honored to have been admitted to IMPEL’s Innovator Cohort 5 through my work on the carbonI3ss project. The project was selected from a national pool of scientists, engineers, and architects. IMPEL supports building material technologies that reduce carbon emissions and boost energy efficiency.
This opportunity lets us bring CarbonI3ss, and natural building materials, to a broader stage, collaborate with peers across disciplines, and accelerate real-world impact.
