I've been practicing civil and structural design for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in California since 2014. 

I'm addicted to collaborative, creative problem solving. I feel at peace when I can combine and enhance my creative and technical skills.

I know that the world is in desperate need of drastic social and environmental change and I founded Piece by Paz to do my part. My experience in both the public and private sector make me a valuable asset to almost any development team. My experience includes but is not limited to:

I've spent the last six years of my career working at a local water utility. I've dealt with the reality of how daunting the task to build, repair, and retrofit infrastructure can be. I've had exposure to traditional design-bid-build, progressive-design-build, and private-public-partnership projects. I implement process improvements derived from lessons learned with my clients.

With Piece by Paz I aim to share and scale what I know about engineering, planning, and construction to develop creative and technical solutions to help some of our very real environmental and social problems.
